Regole e modalità di pagamento della imposta sul turismo nel 2022 (+1.00 euro per notte a persona).
Potremo essere favorevoli o meno a questo tipo di tassazione sul turismo. Probabilmente sono fondi che potrebbero aiutare la comunità a migliorare tanti aspetti di cui si può essere più soddisfatti e rendere migliore quel che oggettivamente è migliorabile nel luogo in cui tanti amano tornare spesso, se non ogni estate, oppure che arrivano scoprendolo per la prima volta. Auspicandoci che vengano ben spesi, o meglio ancora investiti nel futuro di questa piccola marina e comunità che tutti, ognuno a modo suo ama e in cui spesso affonda le proprie radici.
Con delibera del 16 Dicembre 2021 n.112 di Reg. della giunta comunale di San Vero Milis, comune a cui facciamo riferimento, è stato disposto il pagamento di una imposta di soggiorno, in adeguamento alle politiche già attuate dagli altri comuni che compongono l'area della Penisola del Sinis.
Nel caso della nostra struttura ricettiva extra-alberghiera è prevista una tariffa di 1,00 euro a notte a persona per gli adulti, sono esenti i minori sino a 12 anni di età.
Il pagamento deve essere effettuato all'arrivo, durante il check-in e sarà nostra responsabilità, in qualità di gestori, occuparci oltre alla riscossione anche del versamento come stabilito dal regolamento. E' previsto l'emissione di una ricevuta al cliente che certifichi l'avvenuto versamento presso la struttura della somma dovuta.

We may or may not be in favour of this type of taxation on tourism. They are probably funds that could help the community improving so many aspects of which we can be more satisfied of and make better what objectively can be improved at the place where many like to return often, if not every summer, or for those that is joining us to discovering the beauties that offers for the first time. Hoping that it will be well spent, or better still invested in the future of this small sea side community that everyone, each in his own way loves and in which often it grounds deep and healthy roots.
With resolution of 16 December 2021 n.112 of Reg. of the City Council of San Vero Milis, the municipality to which we refer, was ordered the payment of a tourist tax, in accordance with the policies already implemented by the municipalities that make up the area of the Sinis Peninsula.
In the case of our extra-hotel accommodation there is a fee of 1.00 euro per night per person for adults, children up to 12 years of age are exempt.
Payment must be made on arrival, during check-in and it will be our responsibility, as managers, to take care of the payment in addition to the collection also as established by the regulation. It is planned to issue a receipt to the customer certifying the payment at the facilitie of the sum due.
